Help Tech: Our roots in the Black Forest
In 2022, Help Tech decided to further expand our commitment and open a new business area with the BionicBack. This was an easy decision for Managing Director Marc Züfle, as he and his team are always open to new developments that help people.
Help Tech put down its roots in 1994 with electronic aids for the blind and visually impaired and has always been passionately committed to making everyday life easier and practicing inclusion, thus making a name for itself as a reliable partner in the healthcare sector and with cost bearers. The DIN ISO 9001 certification underlines our high quality standards.
We are passionate about promoting working conditions, prevention and participation in working life. With the BionicBack, we offer a further solution to support and relieve people. Our employees in this business unit, who are introduced below, work with the same commitment and expertise that has always characterized Help Tech.
Our partnership with hTRIUS: a success story
True to our motto "we got your back", we have been backing hTRIUS since 2019 and have accompanied and supported the company on its path to success from the very beginning. In a harmonious and trusting partnership, we work closely together at our joint headquarters in Horb am Neckar, which serves as a creative home for both companies.
Our collaboration goes far beyond purely business matters. The Help Tech and hTRIUS teams not only share office space, but often also lunch breaks, which further strengthens our friendly relationship. This proximity encourages a lively exchange and inspires both teams to come up with new ideas
As an exclusive sales partner in the health and care sector, we are proud to successfully bring the BionicBack to this important sector. However, our commitment is not limited to this area - we are particularly keen to support people with back problems, which is why we also provide advice when it comes to costs.

Marc leads our company with a clear vision: to create and make technology available to improve the lives of blind and visually impaired people. With the launch of the BionicBack in 2022, he has successfully diversified Help Tech by leveraging synergies between seemingly disparate markets. Although the BionicBack is not a classic aid, it also helps to protect people from back pain or keep them in work.
Marc is known for his open-door policy, loyalty and helpfulness. He takes each day as it comes and leads our team with the conviction that flexibility and adaptability are the keys to success. His motto: "We help people with our products, sustainably."
Marc is deeply rooted in his home community and is passionately involved in the community and the local soccer club, but even more important to him is his family. His commitment to the community is also reflected in his leadership at Help Tech.

Even after the first few days, Veronika has shown that she is an indispensable force in our company and always keeps track of everything that goes on behind the scenes with a cool head, conscientiousness and diligence.
With a strong professional background in forwarding and logistics services and experience as a team leader, she has become a true organizational talent.
In her spare time, Veronika swaps her keyboard for gardening tools and swimming gear, grows her own vegetables and is restoring her old half-timbered house to make it her dream home. And to round off the day, she immerses herself in the fascinating world of true-crime podcasts.

Daniel, our Sales Manager, has been a salesman with passion and heart for 20 years. Before joining the "BionicBack" team, he worked at Help Tech as a consultant for aids for the blind and visually impaired.
He has now been part of our team for several months and his consultations are characterized by his experience and warm friendliness, which enables him to establish a personal connection with his customers.
Daniel, also at home in the north, disproves any preconceptions about northern German reserve with his humorous manner. As a sporty person, he uses his energy to master more than just professional challenges. As a passionate author and singer-songwriter, he finds expression for his thoughts and emotions in creativity.
His Polish roots are not only evident in his love of pierogi, but also in his proficiency in Slavic languages.
